Zuni thunderbird bolo with inlaid turquoise, coral, mother of pearl and onyx. Back marked "Bobby and Corraine Shack, N.M." Bobby (1941- ) and Corraine (1942- ) have been making jewelry together since the 1970's. Bobby learned from his mother, Thomasine Shack, and Corraine from her father, Blake Lasansee. They are referenced in Hougart's "Native American and Southwestern Silver Hallmarks", Schaaf's "American Indian Jewelry I", Wright's "Hallmarks of the Southwest" and Bassman's "Zuni Jewelry" and are listed in The Kennedy Museum of Art "Art of the Zuni".
