Since 1996 Cisco’s has provided customers with a high level of customer service. We extend the same level of care and attention to customers visiting our website. Cisco’s makes every attempt to ensure the content on our website is accurate. Feel free to reach out with questions or clarifications

Pricing and Availability

Most items featured in our Gallery are “rare and exceptional.” Cisco’s makes every effort to provide up-to-date information and pricing. In the event a pricing error has occurred after an online transaction has been placed, the customer will be notified before the order has been processed, and before the payment method has been charged. If available, comparable items will be presented. Customers reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed online by selecting “Add to Cart” and proceeding to “Checkout,” or by calling the gallery and speaking with one of our staff members. Orders will be confirmed via email.

Secure Online Ordering

Cisco’s uses SSL encryption technology to ensure that your information is protected.  Secure server software encrypts your credit card number so that no one else can read it.  SSL is the highest standard of internet commerce.  Your order information and purchase history are protected by a password that you set.  If you forget your password, we will first verify your identity and then email it to the address you have listed in your Cisco’s account.

If you prefer not to transmit your credit card information over the internet, simply fill out the order form with all information except the card number and call or fax us with your card information.  

Merchant Outlet Country

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is the United States of America. Transaction Currency is $US. 

Payment Options

Cisco’s accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover.  You may pay for your online acquisitions in several ways. 

Online Credit Card Transaction – see “Secure Online Ordering” for information on credit card protection for web transactions.

Telephone Credit Card Transaction - simply fill out the online order form, save, and call us with your credit card number to complete the order.

Check or Credit Card Hold - we can hold your purchase with a credit card deposit until the balance is paid by check/money order or credit card.  All orders paid for by check will be held until the check clears your bank.  Please make checks and money orders payable to Cisco’s Gallery.  Be sure to write your order number on your check – send check to Cisco’s Gallery, 220 N 4th St, Coeur d’Alene, ID  83814.

Layaways - Cisco's does offer a “flexible” layaway program. Call to place your order.

Shipping Information

Cisco’s can ship to most destinations safely, quickly, and fully insured. Shipping prices vary depending on the item(s) and location. Express shipping options are available at additional costs. Tracking information will be provided via email.

Export and Legal Restrictions

Cisco's has a Federal Wildlife Import/Export License allowing for international sales. Cisco’s is in compliance with Federal regulations including endangered species and elephant ivory. CITES permits are filed when required.

Returns & Exchanges

Cisco’s specializes in one-of-a-kind pieces and makes every effort to ensure the item details are represented. If not completely satisfied with an order, the item may be returned “as shipped” for a full refund, or for store credit less shipping costs. Store credits cannot be transferred.

Authenticity

Cisco’s guarantees that any piece purchased is as represented.  If a client feels the piece is not as represented, contact Cisco’s and explain. It is possible an error was made.  If so, a complete refund including shipping charges will be made.

Acquisitions and Consignments

Cisco’s Gallery purchases and consigns artifacts and artwork. We are always on the lookout for rare and exceptional pieces and collections. Please feel free to contact us. 

Note: You must be the Owner OR Authorized Representative of the Owner for the piece(s) submitted for acquisition or consignment. We do occasionally ask for written verification or proof of provenance if there is doubt as to true ownership or authenticity.

                  In Person

    Call us to schedule an appointment. Some decisions can be made quickly on the spot, other times it may be necessary to leave your items with us. This allows us to research before purchasing or consigning.

    What type of items does Cisco’s typically purchase?

    As you can see from the diverse inventory or our website, we specialize in a wide variety of antiques and works of art.  We only consider items that are of exceptional quality and condition.  Generally only items that would retail over $2000 are considered. If you are unsure, give us a call and/or send us your photos and we can let you know if your item and/or asking price is of interest.

    Items that we do NOT consider for acquisition or consignment include:

    • Prints or reproductions of any kind
    • Taxidermy with any damage, including missing claws, shedding, or rotting
    • Items containing materials not legal to be sold in the United States such as eagle feathers, migratory bird feathers, elephant ivory, endangered species, or artifacts collected on protected lands unless documentation confirming legality can be provided

    Appraisals

    Cisco’s offers a fee-based appraisal service on items and collections. We will be happy to review your submission and quote you a charge for an appraisal. If an item is outside our area of expertise, we will refer you to a more appropriate appraiser. Individual items are on a piece-by-piece basis. Estates, insurance, and legal testimony are by “time and expenses.” For single items or small collections, please submit your request for appraisal here. For larger collections or estate purposes, please call the gallery.     Please note, if needed for insurance or estate purposes regardless of value, the minimum online appraisal fee is $50. If an item is thought to be under $500, we will email a return stating such and no charge or appraisal will be made. Once a submission for appraisal is approved, we will contact you with a digital invoice. Payment must be processed prior to receiving an appraisal. We try to process all online appraisal inquiries within 10 business days, although response times may vary depending on the availability of our specialists.

    What If I’m just looking for information about an item I already own?

    As we receive many inquiries, it would be impossible for us to provide detailed information on items you may own.  We would be happy to refer you to our fee-based appraiser who can research your item and provide you with an appropriate report and value.  Or if you are interested in selling or consigning the item, follow our acquisition consignment instructions.

    Privacy Policy

    Cisco’s is committed to ensuring your privacy as a customer. We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. When customers use our website, our website will automatically recognize the internet provider. Cookies will help remember items in your shopping cart, keep track of advertisements and log pages visited. Cookies can be disabled via your browser settings. Cisco’s uses this information to process transactions, maintain correspondence and make sure the website is more relevant to our customers. 

    Periodically Cisco’s will send email newsletters and updates. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe, please contact the Gallery and request to be removed from the mailing list.
