Large wood painted turtle decoy having teardrop form, body, carved face "bark", all paint decorated, two stake holes on top that show much wear. This was as sea turtle used as a security decoy in shallow water on the coast where the wave and wind action would take the turtle up and down. A very rare security decoy. Ex.
