This model pole is from the Tseshaht First Nation, a Nuu-chah-nulth people from around Port Alberni, in the south-central portion of Vancouver Island. It features a thunderbird over a bear, with a killer whale on a figural frog base. The pole is painted in green, red, cream, and black and dates to the late 1930s/early 1940s. 21"H x 12"W
