Classic Sioux fully beaded knife sheath with tin cones, a band around sheath and on drop, several having horsehair. Complete with a file made bowie made from a file with antler handle. Knife having much used patina. The knife being mid 19th Century or earlier. The guard fitting exactly in the sheath. Parfleche hide scraped with a gun barrel scraper. We feel the sheath was a "commissioned" piece for the knife at the time it was retired.
