Dispatch pouch, ca. 1850's, noted inside "Daniel Martin born in 1821 died in 1899 and carried mail for the Pony Express from 1850 to 1861. He rode from San Francisco through the northwest. His family came west from Missouri and settled on the Pataha Plat near Pomeroy Washington." A piece of great Western History, almost impossible item to find.
