Omaha, possibly Sioux, fully beaded moccasins including soles. Red white hearts with double tab having tin cones and feather fluffs.
Fully beaded moccasins were made as special gifts for elders, respected individuals, or during rites of passages for events such as births, marriages, or graduations. Because of the skill and time required, they are collected as art pieces or displayed in museums to preserve cultural history.
