On July 4, 1908, the US flag grew to 44 stars with the addition to the union of Oklahoma (Nov. 16, 1907). Theodore Roosevelt (1901-1909), and William Taft (1909-1913) served as Presidents under the 46-star flag, which was official for four years. Rare cotton parade flag; 12" x 17".
