Sterling bolo tie by Navajo silversmith Peter Nelson. Traditional geometric designs in overlay with raised Kingman turquoise stone. Maker's mark "Peter Nelson" and stamped "Sterling." Peter resides in Arizona and has been a jeweler working in silver and gold for 30 years. Peter has a distinctive contemporary style of his own, using geometric designs reminiscent of Navajo rug patterns. His mother is a weaver and his brother Howard is a well regarded silversmith as well.
