This vibrant, hand-colored map displays five different maps of California, showing the evolution of how California was mapped between 1604 and 1767, archival hinge-mounted. This map's engraved design is segmented into five sections that are numbered and are described in the key in the upper right corner. Very rare this age and condition. Well framed.
