Klickitat/Thompson River polychrome burden basket. Tall, coiled basket with imbricated stepped zigzag motifs and braided looped rim with attached hide. This basket is made of cedar root, bundle coils, cherry bark and cedar bark. Imbricated with beargrass and cedar bark. The imbricated weaving is most common in the Northwest by the Plateau tribes. 14 1/2"H x 12 1/2"W x 11"D
