Imperial. This No. "3" is a rare N.W. fur trade era collectible. In the 1870's, H.B.C. introduced the "Imperial" line of trade guns. In the best "North West" tradition, the Imperial was designed to meet the requirements of the Indian. 26 gauge, 30" barrel, muzzle loading for percussion. Easy to load and clean, and accurate within a 60 yard range. Mfg. 1870.
