Bruce Lovins Child's Parade Saddle
Bruce Lovins child's parade saddle. A tooled brown parade rig made in a rare youth size. Done in a combination of German silver and monel mountings decorating the covered cantle and swells, plus diamond overlays on engraved silver plates. Includes the breast collar, serapes, hip drops and bridle. With a custom corona in red and white, 12 1/2” seat, 14” tapaderos. Leather is all excellent and appears unused.

Bruce Lovins N. Porter, Phoenix, Arizona "Parade Chief" parade saddle listed in Bruce Lovin's early 1950s catalog as the "Parade Chief". Stamped Porter & Co. Phoenix, Arizona. This imposing outfit is the “complete parade package”. Heavily adorned with silver conchos and Indian heads, plus fully silvered swells, cantle, massive breast collar, extravagant serapes, tapaderos, and even a crouper (hip drops). A parader’s dream, 14” seat, 2” cantle, 25” tapaderos. Several of the pieces (conchos and buckles) are sterling.
