(1907-1962) Oil on board; 20" x 26". Framed. During WW II Ralph's work appeared in juvenile-reader books: Red Randall, Fighter Pilot, Lucky Terrel, Jet Pilot and Cherry Ames. Following the war, he moved to Connecticut to do commissions for the Boy Scouts, as well as contribute to Outdoor Life. In 1953 Brown and Bigelow commissioned him for their calendars.
