This beautiful Ditidaht pole features five figures including a supernatural bird-like creature in mid-transformation, fish, killer whale, bear, and frog. The pole is delicately carved and features highly refined, classic Ditidaht or Nuu-chah-nulth style painting. The surface of the pole is patinated and mellow with age, adding the appeal of the piece. Likely made for Ye Olde Curiosity Shop. Same maker as V233. 16"
