Earl Nanninga saddle custom-made for Hayward rancher Art Palmer.The silverwork was commissioned to Diablo Silversmiths, estimate 1950. Palmer was a member of a sheriff's posse in Palo Alto, and rode the saddle in parades until he retired. Ride or display.
