Just a cowboy gun - noted on barrel "Texas Ranger". 38 caliber SNW special cartridges. Made in Spain or Belgium. Mfg. 1890. Used by a cowboy who couldn't afford a Colt. Horn grips with much used patina and original holster. Came from his grandson in Cleveland. Great look. Blue notches on each side of the grips.
