Cochiti Pueblo polychrome parfleche drum, circa 1890 to 1900. The drum features a wonderfully and professionally crafted single log and stretched Parfleche rawhide wrapped construction that shows polychrome natural dye to the scalloped spaces. The drum is marked on the side walling in pen: Cochiti Pueblo - CA 1900. A much used piece. 8 1/4" x 8 1/2" x 7 1/2"
