Cochiti pottery storyteller by Louise E. Suina (1939-1992). Bottom signed "Louise Suina N.M. Cochiti." Seventeen babies, a puppy, a drum and a pot. Louise is an active potter from Cochiti Pueblo who specializes in making storyteller figurines and other figurative pottery. She is a member of the well known Suina family, cousin to Helen Cordero, and Seferina Ortiz. She was listed in the Indian Market Magazine in 1985, 1988 and 1989, an indication that she was active in those years. 9" x 5" x 5"
