Coast Salish or Nuu-chah-nulth three-figure totem pole. An earlier Coast Salish or Nuu-chah-nulth model pole that depicts a perched bird, perhaps a Raven, over what appears to be a Frog and Bird or possible Canine on the bottom. The simplified sculptural forms on this pole point to a Coast Salish origin, but also make interpretation of the figures difficult. The figures are painted in original old yellow, green, red, and black pigments and the surface of the wood has taken on a wonderful patina. 12 1/2"H
