Sioux made pipe bag with soft brain tanned hide, floral beaded top and runs down each side. Large beaded panel on both sides decorated with multicolor geometric designs on a white background. As found used condition. Fringe appears to have been replaced late during the period of use. As found used condition. Once had quilled slats, removed, and fringe reattached. This bag belonged to Chief Silver Tongue (1882 - 1964). Two photos included with original signature. This pipe bag shown in both photos. 26"L including fringe.
