Cattlebrand Engraved Colt Single Action Army by D. W. Harris. Serial #252985, .38 WCF, 4 3/4" Barrel. 1904 vintage Colt Single Action Army revolver, serial number 252985. 4 - 3/4" round barrel chambered in .38 Winchester Center Fire with 2 line barrel address, blade front sight, and frame notch rear sight. Aftermarket full coverage engraved with famous cattlebrands on a punchdot background by well known Texas engraver D.W. Harris. Cattlebrands include 2 Lazy 2 P, King Ranch, XIT, and several others. 2 piece aftermarket ivory grips featuring a depiction of a steer's head on right grip panel. Virtually all nickel finish remaining. Engraving is sharp. Grips are excellent and strong with no major cracks. Action is tight and crisp. Bore is dark with visible rifling. FFL required.
