Casas Grandes culture, ca. 1100 to 1450 CE. A round-bottomed pottery bowl bearing an incredible decorative arrangement of curvilinear stripes, zigzagging columns, and geometric motifs, all brought forth with black and red pigment on a beige-hued ground. Two pairs of drilled holes around the rim suggest suspension loops or tie holes for a lid. 7.77" Diameter x 7.7" H
