(1905 - 1974) Oil on canvas; 22" x 28". Forrest was an illustrator, commercial artist and businessman from El Paso, Texas - San Antonio native, came to El Paso in 1923. While working full time as an advertising manager for a local furniture company, he illustrated the magazine articles in western novels written by Eugene Cunningham. He eventually moved to Kerrville. We acquired seven originals from his estate.
