Biggs Sure Pop animal trap gun. In broadest, most generalized terms, the alarm gun explodes a powder charge sufficient to sound an alert against unwanted, unannounced intrusion to a building or structure (and on occasion to furniture such as a desk or trunk). These captive bolt guns were popular with farmers and ranchers back in the day. They work similar to how a stun gun works at a slaughterhouse, except the rodent or varmint sets it off themselves.
