Navajo inlay pendant by Richard Begay. Center inlay design of gaspeite, coral, and onyx with etched geometric designs on either side. Marked "RB" on back. Jump ring large enough for heavy chains.
Richard Begay was a Navajo silversmith from Pinon, Arizona. He specialized in inlay pieces, incorporating intricate silverwork and culturally significant symbols into his work. He started his craft in 1974 and worked until his passing in 2013.
