Large German silver rumtopf with highly decorated hunting motif. The vessel having a figural finial depicting a medieval garbed hunter posed over a slain boar, stag head handles, low relief decoration throughout having applied high relief stag heads with unengraved panels at front and back, resting on four paw feet. Crown and flag hallmarks on underside.
