Arapaho or Crow beaded tapering awl case with dangling tin cone tassels on the flap opening and tip. Fashioned from meticulously tanned hide. Entire surface of canvcas with glass seed beads. The thimble has been intricately incorporated into the center of the awl, enhancing the appeal. These cases were ingeniously designed to be worn on belts, serving as decorative utilitarian pouches.
