Small size bowl with straight sides angled slightly out and a round bottom with a 7cm radius. Rim thicker than wall, lip rounded and turned out approximately 15 degrees. Rim line undulating. Coiled construction, anvil or finger indentations evident on interior wall, possible some modeling. Temer includes abundant medium to coarse, angular and sub-angular white and gray opaque quartz, occasional minute mica flecks and rare black lithic fragments. Temper visible on all surfaces, but not protruding; exterior smoothed but not polished, faint mop striations can be seen. Surface color ranges from light red to reddish yellow. Found on a ranch near Patagonia, Arizona. Undamaged condition.
