44-star parade flag cane with ebonized wooden 36" shaft with nickel ferrule. Head of cane pulls up to reveal a 12" x 17" silk 44-star flag wrapped around an interior shaft. When ball handle is reversed it mounts on top of shaft and is 53"H. Wyoming was admitted as the 44th state in 1890. The 44-star flag only lasted five years; rare.
