White wooly chaps made by Butler of Sheridan, Wyoming. Maker marked and worn by Roy Willington of Bodessa, WA, rodeo cowboy. Tall man, but these were "cut down" by Wild Bill Cleaver. Long and mint. Heavily tooled basket weave belt, like new.
