(1943-1984) Oil on Board; 12” x 16”. Ron and his brother William spent their teen years working on cattle ranches in the summer, and fell in love with the outdoors and western way of life. A popular Montana artist, mainly known for his oil paintings, he also did watercolor, etchings and sculptures, and participated yearly in the C.M. Russell auction and art show.
