19th Century horsehair lap robe with maker's label "Kenneth Smith Des Moines, Iowa." A winter haired roan, double felt with scalloped edges. Rounded edges in horse form rather than square like most. Green wool backed. Very good condition. This one used on an Idaho ranch.
