Eugene Lefaucheux Pinfire Pepperbox Double-Action Revolver, 8mm, no serial number. Back strap marked with French maker's marks, lower right side of frame marked "L Eprez", lower left side of frame marked "LF", proof marks to back of cylinder, scrolling foliate engravings to barrels, frame, escutcheons, and back strap. Six barrel cluster, ivory stocks with round screw escutcheons, silver wash to furniture, folding trigger, concealed removable cartridge ejector screwed into butt stock. Includes a period black leather form fitted pipe pattern case with velvet lining. Barrel length: 2". 4 1/2". Mfg. 1850-1860.
