Native outfit worn by David Keyser, Chief of the Pacific Indians. Consisting of shirt, leggings, hider, headdress and horn wand. Commercially tanned deer skin. The Pacific’s were started in 1907 and the week-long event a ceremony was held where the new Chief would be installed. A local Indian group designed the ceremony for us and blessed it back in the old days and it stayed the same ever since. The Pacific’s was dissolved several years ago. David Keyser was the last Chief. The outfit like new, only wore four times. Men's chest 42", pants 36" waist. Made by a Quinalt Native in Washington coast at LaPush.
