Most items featured in our online catalog are unique, one-of-a-kind, and can only be sold once. When you see an item of interest, we encourage you to place your order or contact us immediately. Cisco’s carries one of the widest varieties of Native America, Western, and lodge collectables in the US, and our prices are competitive with other galleries. For that reason, many of the items featured in our online catalog sell quickly.
Cisco’s makes every effort to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information on our website; however, occasionally mistakes do happen. Cisco’s reserves the right to correct any factual or pricing error on the website before or after a transaction has been made. In the event that a pricing error has occurred after an online transaction has been made, the customer will be notified before the order has been processed and before a credit card has been charged.
All items shown on the website are subject to prior sale. Because most pieces are one of a kind and are sold on both the website and in our gallery, there is a chance that an item on our site has already been sold; however, we do work on a daily basis to avoid this. In the event the item you have purchased has already been sold, we will notify you as quickly as possible and your credit card will not be charged.
Purchasing items from CiscosGallery.com is easy. When you select an item, simply fill out the order form with your shipping and payment information. Your order will be confirmed by email and you will be contacted by phone for confirmation. If you prefer, you may place your order by phone.
Cisco’s uses SSL encryption technology to ensure that your information is protected. Secure server software encrypts your credit card number so that no one else can read it. SSL is the highest standard of internet commerce. Your order information and purchase history are protected by a password that you set. If you forget your password, we will first verify your identity and then email it to the address you have listed in your Cisco’s account.
If you prefer not to transmit your credit card information over the internet, simply fill out the order form with all information except the card number and call or fax us with your card information.

Layaways - Cisco's does offer a “flexible” layaway program. We do this quite often as a client selects a piece that he or she must have and has been searching for forever but for which the timing is not right.
Cisco’s can ship any item to any destination in the world safely, quickly and fully insured. All of our packages are professionally packed on site by Cisco’s employees specially trained in packing and crating. Fees for shipping vary depending on the value and size of the item as well as how it is to be shipped. Our packing and shipping costs are very competitive and at cost. If an issue, you can give us a call before purchase for an exact shipping charge. In any case, all shipping costs will be confirmed with your order confirmation email, which you will receive the next business day. Cisco’s ships via UPS, FedEx, truck freight and blanket shipping. Special shipping options such as overnight delivery are available for an additional charge.
Cisco's Gallery does have a federal import and export license that does allow us to handle sales internationally. We are aware of federal regulations regarding import, export, and the sale of banned items including endangered wildlife, taxidermy, and elephant ivory. We make every effort to comply in entirety with these regulations and do occasionally file for CITES permits.
Cisco’s specializes in one-of-a-kind pieces. We make every effort to ensure that you know exactly what you are purchasing. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in identical condition for a full store credit (less shipping costs) on any item in our store or online catalog at the marked retail price. Store credits cannot be transferred or assigned. It is possible that some of the items in the catalog can be sent to you on an approval basis (if you are unable to view them in person at our store) and can be returned within 48 hours, in the exact condition as when it was shipped, for a full refund (less shipping costs). Arrangements for approval items must be made in advance over the phone.
Cisco’s is committed to building a long-term rewarding relationship with all of our clients. When you purchase from Cisco’s you can do so with complete confidence on all items purchased. For items costing in excess of $2000, we back each piece with our 125% Trade-back Guarantee. Any item you purchase from Cisco’s can be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased for full store credit on any other item in our gallery, or website at the marked retail price including 5% annual interest for up to five years following the sale. That’s a guaranteed 25% appreciation in value on any item you have purchased from Cisco’s. This allows a beginning collector to get started at an entry level, and as he/she gain both knowledge and confidence, provides a vehicle to upgrade their collection and replace less desirable for more desirable, not only without a discount but at a premium.
**Interest accrues at the rate of 5% per full year for up to five years only on each anniversary date from the date of final payment and is not prorated. Our guarantee applies only to antiques and does not include non-antique items carried by Cisco’s or special orders not from Cisco’s inventory. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or assigned.
Cisco’s guarantees that any piece purchased is as represented. If a client feels the piece is not as represented, the procedure is as follows:
Cisco’s Gallery does purchase and consign artifacts, antiques, collectibles and artwork from individuals. This is primarily how we have acquired such an extensive inventory of high quality pieces. We are always on the lookout for rare and exceptional individual pieces and collections. If you have an item which you think we would be interested in, please feel free to contact us with information regarding your item using this form. We will be happy to review your submission given that that care has been taken in its completion.
Note: You must be the Owner OR Authorized Representative of the Owner for the piece(s) submitted for acquisition or consignment. We do occasionally ask for written verification or proof of provenance if there is doubt as to true ownership or authenticity.

What type of items does Cisco’s typically purchase?
As you can see from the diverse inventory or our website, we specialize in a wide variety of antiques and works of art. We only consider items that are of exceptional quality and condition. Generally only items that would retail over $2000 are considered. If you are unsure, give us a call and/or send us your photos and we can let you know if your item and/or asking price is of interest.

Cisco’s offers a fee-based appraisal service on items or collections. We will be happy to review and quote the charge for the appraisal or refer the item to a more appropriate appraiser. Individual pieces are on a piece-by-piece basis. Estates, insurance and legal testimony are by “time and expenses.” For items brought to the store for which only a verbal appraisal is required and which we can appraise without research, the fee is low. Additional charges may apply for a written appraisal.
Please send us a photograph of the item you would like to have appraised by using the online form, writing us by mail using our mail form, or setting up an appointment to come in the store. The minimum online appraisal fee is $50. If the item is thought to be under $500, we will email a return stating such with no charge and without appraisal. A credit card, online or over the phone must be provided after a quote is made and prior to the appraisal. We try to process all online appraisal inquiries within 10 business days, although responses to some online inquiries may take longer depending on availability of knowledgeable staff.
What If I’m just looking for information about an item I already own?
As we receive many inquiries, it would be impossible for us to provide detailed information on items you may own. We would be happy to refer you to our fee-based appraiser who can research your item and provide you with an appropriate report and value. Or if you are interested in selling or consigning the item, follow our acquisition consignment instructions.
