Dimensions

(1850-1955). Carved and painted totem with folksy friezes wrapping around pole, depicting imagery of the Wild West; totem painted in colors of red, green, blue, yellow, orange, and black. The totem was passed on to the past owner when Bronco Charlie's favorite restaurant, The Log Cabin, closed. It was located in Oakdale, NY, and it opened around 1930. There, customers had the opportunity to eat home-cooked food, buy motor oil, and see or purchase Bronco's art, which included items such as this totem. Folk art at its best. 93" H x 12" diameter.
