(1881 - 1935) Original sketchbook including 14 sketches, some two sided. Provenance: Lake City Sketches came from the collection of Patricia and Charlie Johnston who visited Goodwin's sister-in-law, Neva T. Goodwin in the mid 1970s and acquired a portfolio of Goodwin's sketches, prints and calendars. The Johnston's played a huge role in the rediscovery of Philip Goodwin. They were acquired were acquired from Charlie Johnston's daughter after Charlie passed in 2020.
