Developed, unridged, 3/4 groove axe. The groove ridges have disappeared except for a faint lower ridge formed by shaping the blade face. Both sides have been somewhat flattened, the inner shows much pecking and is convex from poll to bit. The outer is less convex and together they end at a narrow almost straight blade edge. Good polish on blades and groove. Black diorite. Small chip on bit.
