Kennedy Collection chair and matching ottoman with black and white speckled longhorn hide. Craftsman made in North Idaho with solid king kiln dried hardwood frames, double doweled, glued, stapled and secured with corner blocks reinforcing the joints. Eight way hand tied coiled springs are interlaced by hand in eight directions with steel bands. Tall firm coils are used on the outside perimeter of the seat to provide support. Shorter spring inner coils are placed in the center for softness. Lip coils are used along the front row to give each piece a soft spring edge construction. The same style and dimensions of a chair that came from Teddy Roosevelt's elk horn ranch on the banks of the Little Missouri of Medora, North Dakota and sat in by Teddy Roosevelt. 40" x 40" x 48". In stock and made to order.
